The contractual partner is Atelier Aerni. The products are produced, dispatched and invoiced by Atelier Aerni after receipt of the order.
Scope of application
For the business relationship and for all future transactions between the parties, the following General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively in the version valid at the time of the order. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the General Terms and Conditions. The seller only recognises deviating terms and conditions of the customer if this has been expressly agreed in writing.
Atelier Aerni reserves the right to refuse orders without giving further reasons.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The business relationship between Atelier Aerni and the customer is subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Bern.
Conclusion of contract and cancellation
As the seller, Atelier Aerni undertakes to fulfil the orders in accordance with the conditions stated on the website. In the event of typing, printing and calculation errors on the website, the buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract.
Cancellation policy: Right of cancellation, consequences of cancellation
The customer has a 14-day right of cancellation, i.e. unused and faultless goods from non-smoking households can be returned to the seller in the original packaging or equivalent packaging within 14 days of receipt. The invoice for the relevant order or a copy thereof must be enclosed with the consignment. The customer shall bear the costs of the return shipment.
Excluded from cancellation are all products that have been manufactured and/or personalised at the customer's request, provided that the product was delivered in perfect condition.
Delivery
Atelier Aerni delivers while stocks last. Prices are subject to change and errors excepted. In the event of delivery problems, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. In this case, the customer has the option of cancelling the order immediately.
Shipping costs
Delivery is by Swiss Post, depending on stock. We charge CHF 7.00 per order for postage and packaging. Please note that postage costs will also be charged for returns.
We ship to Switzerland and Lichtenstein and on request also to neighbouring countries.
Prices
All prices are quoted without the statutory value added tax for Switzerland. These are listed separately and are calculated when the order is placed.
Payment
If you have sufficient creditworthiness, the goods will be dispatched on account. The invoice must be paid within 14 days. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to deliver only after advance payment. After the 14-day payment period has expired, a first payment reminder will be sent by e-mail and an extension of 10 days will be granted. This will be followed by a reminder by e-mail (CHF 30.00).
Returns and complaints
No right of return or exchange if you are not satisfied with the goods!
If your parcel cannot be delivered (incorrect address given or not collected by the post office), we will charge you a fee of CHF 12 + costs for redelivery.
